    If Arroyo had any heart he would have fought. I heard that he is in the finale, but I’m surprised the UFC even let him compete.

    These fighters are risking their career in the ring. Fighting when you know you are too injured is careless. Arroyo made the right move and who is anyone else to question the pain he was in???

    Agree with Jay, MMA is 50% confidence and if you are injured, there’s no way you can go in there and convince yourself to win. I never thought it was a question of heart.

    BTW, It was reported that the Dr who attended to Arroyo was not the official UFC Dr., he was a replacement and wasn’t as familiar with the sport. He provided no input, advice, just told him to “take it easy”.
